Whistle for the constable should you spot this mischievous miscreant, or whistle for your money after you've met her.  Hates short jokes and will cut you down to her size quick enough if you make one in her presence.  Currently known to be seeking a berth on a pirate ship, and probably willing to do any number of unmentionable deeds to acquire one.
