An impudent upstart of uncertain lineage.  Usually found near any trouble, she's certainly up to no good.  A prankster, best known for her invention of the rubber crutch.  Will steal candy from children.  Attracted to shiny objects, preferably of great value, and even more preferably belonging to someone else.
