Wanted for Maiming, Looting, Piracy, Unlady-like Behavior in a Public Venue, and other crimes too heinous to mention.  Easily recognized by her assortment of jangling bangles and what is usually mistaken for a wide, cheerful smile. 

Beware!  She is actually barring her teeth in preparation for sinking into unsuspecting flesh.  If captured, do not offer her ketchup nor wasabi!
